REMINDER! Our church is hosting a blood drive today. The Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center’s mobile donor coach will be in our parking lot until noon to receive donations. Walk-ins are welcome. All donors will receive a coupon for a free smoothie from Smoothie King. Please remember to bring a photo ID with you when you donate.
OPEN GYM for kids 3 years through 5th grade begins on June 5th and will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays this year from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. in the Friends Center. The cost is $2 per child per session. Children under 3 are welcome to attend with a parent at no charge.
MARK YOUR CALENDAR for Friday, June 9th and plan to join us for a summer concert by LouAnn Lee. LouAnn is a pastor’s wife, a mother, a worship leader and the women’s pastor at Celebration Community Fellowship in Auburn, California. She is also an international recording artist and speaker. The concert will take place at 7 p.m. in the Worship Center. Everyone is welcome!

LADIES: Bayshore Friends Church invites you to participate in a conference for women that they will be hosting on Saturday, June 10th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Featured speakers are Connie Miller (author and teacher) and LouAnn Lee (recording artist and worship leader). The event will include fellowship, teaching, worship, door prizes and a potluck lunch. The church is located at 3507 Walsh Street in Bacliff. For more information, contact Cathy Holder.
REMINDER: “SUMMER SUNDAYS” WITH BREAKFAST & COMMON PRAYER is taking place through August 13th. Everyone is invited to come enjoy breakfast, which will be served at 9:00 a.m., followed by a brief, intergenerational liturgy of song, scripture and prayer and then worship together as one church family at 10 a.m. in the Worship Center.
PLEASE PRAY for everyone who has been attending Dude Camp this weekend. They have spent the past several days building relationships, drawing closer to God and enjoying lots of outdoor fun! Pray that God would continue to work in the hearts of all the campers as they return home today and apply the truths that they have learned.
LADIES: Please join us on Wednesday, June 14th at 6:30 p.m. for the Women’s Ministry Summer Craft Night! We will be painting a wooden Texas door hanger. The cost is $30, which includes the door hanger and all supplies (“Home” vinyl cutout will be provided). Come enjoy great fellowship with one another while getting crafty together!
