New ladies prayer group – Wednesday mornings at 9:45
All ladies are invited to meet at the home of Kody Shepherd on Wednesday mornings at 9:45 am for a 30 minute time of prayer. Join with other women to pray for one another, for our church, and for a different specific topic each week. To get the address, call or email Kody (kmshepherd4@gmail.com).

Kids Zone
Kids Zone is our mid-week program for children age 3 through 6th grade. We meet on Wednesdays from 5:30-6:15 pm. Kids will enjoy games, stories, snacks, all in a safe environment. Children and volunteers will be required to wear masks, the only snacks served will be pre-packaged, individually wrapped items, and children will not share supplies or equipment. Baby shower for Courtney and Josiah Brown
Friends, we invite you to join us in celebrating Courtney and Josiah Brown’s sweet baby boy on Sunday, November 8th. Following the service, we will have a “walkthrough” shower to ensure we put safety first and comply with social distancing guidelines. The line will move toward Courtney and Josiah where you can greet them and drop off a gift for their baby boy. BBQ lunch to go benefitting missions – Sunday, October 25
Our Friendswood Friends Church missions team is sponsoring a BBQ dinner to raise funds for missions. Enjoy a delicious dinner and a break from cooking, while also helping to support our missionaries! In order to keep everyone safe, this year we will be preparing “to go” plates in lieu of a sit-down dinner. Order and pay for your plates by October 20th, and then you will simply drive through to pick up your order after morning worship on October 25th. …
