Some of you know that last week I tested positive for Covid-19.  I have no idea how I got the virus—there are many possibilities—but I am thankful to have been vaccinated because the symptoms have been minor.  Still, I am quarantining according to my doctor’s orders.  Your expressions of care and support have been meaningful and encouraging.  Thank you! My friend Matt Macy, who now serves as the Associate Director for Evangelical Friends Mission (our mission sending agency among Friends), used to have a phrase that he would repeat ad nauseam when he served as our superintendent of Student Ministries for our group of Friends Churches in Mid America.
