Letter To Parents
Welcome to the Children’s Ministry Program at Friendswood Friends Church. We are so excited you are here! Our ministry is dedicated to partnering with families in your child’s spiritual growth. From infancy to 5th grade, we strive to point your child to Christ’s love. By discovering the joy of knowing and building a relationship with the Lord through a strong foundation of faith, we believe children thrive. We offer this through a variety of activities your child can participate in.
Our program includes several engaging activities that make learning about faith enjoyable and memorable for your children. Each activity focuses on important spiritual values like serving, stories from the Bible, and practical applications for daily life.
Join us as we take this exciting journey of nurturing young hearts and minds in the ways of faith. We look forward to creating a solid foundation for your child’s spiritual growth. If this is your first time joining us, please register them here which will ease your check-in experience on Sunday morning. Our hope is that all of our children can feel safe and secure so that they can learn more about God and his love. At Friendswood Friends we are dedicated to God and serious about fun! SUNDAY SCHOOL
SUNDAYS | 9:00am – 9:45am | FRIENDS CENTER
Children ages 3 years – 5th grade meet downstairs in the Friends Center (gym). Parents should pick up their children in the Friends Center at 9:45am.
CHILDREN’S CHURCH
SUNDAYS | 10:00Am – 11:00Am | WORSHIP CENTER
All children meet in worship together with their families. During the service, children 3 years – 5th grade are dismissed to go with Ms. Tena and teachers. Parents can pick children up after the service in the Friends Center.
KID-ZONE
SUNDAYS | 5:00pm – 6:00pm | FRIENDS CENTER
Kids ages 3 years – 5th grade are invited to meet in the Friends Center to have fun learning about Jesus and how to be his hands and feet serving our community.
TWEENS – 5th GRADERS
THURSDAYS | 3:30pm – 4:30pm | FRIENDS CENTER
Tweens is a time for 5th graders to make new friends and have fun while learning how to Make Jesus Choices, and also how to cope with preteen issues. We meet in the gym every Thursday as soon as school is out!
GYM KIDS
FRIDAYS | 9:00am – 10:00am | FRIENDS CENTER
Gym Kids is a structured time for kids. Parents are free to take a break while their kids are busy using their gross motor skills and learning about Jesus. We welcome potty-trained children aged 3-5 years old. Tuition is $25 a month.

OCTOBER 27| FRIENDS CENTER| 5:00 PM – 7:00PM
Join us for a fun evening full of family friendly activities, snow cones, hot dogs, trunk-or-treating, and so much more.
There is no cost to attend. Feel encouraged to invite your friends and neighbors.
