Starting on September 12th, we will gather outdoors for worship on Saturdays at 7:30 pm. We will meet in the parking lot in front of the entrance to the Worship Center, so we ask that you park on the Friends Center side of the lot, or in the library parking lot. Please wear a mask, and bring your own lawn chair if you have one. Spaces will be marked to allow for social distancing between people from different households. The service will last for about 45 minutes, and Miss Janet will have an outdoor Children’s Church activity for kids in grades 1-5 during the message. (In the interest of safety, children nursery age through kindergarten will remain with their parents for now.) Those who prefer not to attend these outdoor gatherings will have 2 other options for joining with us in worship. The pre-recorded service format that we have been using for the past few months will still be posted and will be available to view at your convenience. In addition, the Saturday evening service will be live-streamed; you can access the link from our website. For the outdoor services we anticipate that the quality of the livestream will not be great, but we hope to move the services indoors in early October which will improve the quality. Meanwhile, you are invited to gather with us on September 12, 19 and 26 at 7:30 pm for our outdoor services.
