| Souper Thanksgiving Join us this Sunday after the service for a Thanksgiving meal of soups, stews, and chilis. Hot dogs and mac and cheese will also be served for kids. There is no cost, but donations are welcome to support two mission trips scheduled for the spring. The first is our student ministries Spring Break trip to Mexico and the second is a VBS trip to Peru. |
| Silent Auction We also have a silent auction in the Coffee Cafe benefiting these mission trips. Four quilts have been donated by the quilting group that meets here every other Monday, one of which was pieced by Verla Perry! There are also four bowls turned by Steve Alexander from the old oak tree that are included in the silent auction. We are thankful to the quilters and to Steve for sharing their beautiful creative gifts with us. Bidding ends at 11:30 am at the Souper Thanksgiving meal. Winners will be notified on November 23rd. | It’s Pie Time! Junior High Bible Quizzers have been working hard selling and making pies to raise funds for their upcoming quiz trips. We also want to say an extra special “Thank you” to Becky Wilber for donating her famous apple pies! Pie pickup is this Sunday after the service, or after Souper Thanksgiving, in Friends Center. | Weekly Prayer in the Chapel |
| You are invited to a weekly time of prayer in our Chapel on Tuesday evenings from 6:00-7:30 pm. There will be prayer time this Tuesday, but Weekly Prayer will take a break for Thanksgiving holiday on Tuesday, November 25th. We hope you will join us again when we resume on December 2nd. This is a come and go experience for all ages and we look forward to joining in prayer together. |
