We’re just a few days away from Dude Camp, and we’re so excited to see what the Lord has in store for us ahead! Here are some important details to ensure everything goes smoothly for your child:
Departure Information:
- Date: This Sunday, May 25th in the Coffee Cafe of Friends Church
- Time: Please arrive at the church by 12:30 PM to begin loading the charter buses.
- Departure: We will leave promptly after all students are checked in and loaded.
Parent Letters of Encouragement -REQUIRED:
Before your child can board the bus, we must receive a Parent Letter of Encouragement. This is a special SURPRISE note from you to your child that they’ll receive during their quiet time this week. Please turn this in at registration before leaving the church on Sunday. Directions for the letter attached below.
Dietary Restrictions and Med Form:
If your child will need to take medication while at Dude Camp, please fill out the Medication Form and bring with all medication to give to our camp nurse at departure.
If your child has any dietary restrictions, please use the following link to directly notify our food service manager (nutritionist) as soon as possible so we can accommodate their needs:
A Special Note on Prayer:
And lastly, I’m also including a special letter from our camp speaker, Lee Whitlock, with meaningful ways you can be praying for our time away. We believe prayer is a powerful way to partner with what God will be doing in the hearts of our campers throughout the week.
