Due to the storm and a roofing project reschedule, we will take this week off. See you next week!
July 30: Open Gym
Kids Open Gym: Parents drop off your potty-trained 3 year olds-completed 5th graders from 9:00 AM-10:30 AM for fun in the gym. Cost is $5/child.
Big Kids Open Gym : Completed 6th graders-12th grades come hangout in the gym for basketball and games from 10:30 AM-Noon. We can plan for meeting somewhere for lunch after 🙂
Past Projects
June 4 Service: Shower Ministry
Children, students, and adults interested in participating in this service project will meet at the church from 9-10 AM to prep for the following week’s shower ministry trip.
**WEDNEDSDAY** June 12: Palm Beach
Families interested in a field trip to Palm Beach in Galveston? Let’s meet at the cabana at Palm Beach! Email Ms. Tena by Monday, June 10th, if you plan on meeting us down there. Tickets are $15/person and can be purchased through the Palm Beach website.
June 18 Service: Rock Garden Painting Project
Families join us at 9:00 AM for a service project to spruce up our playground area by painting rocks for our rock flower garden. We will meet under the big porte cochere at the worship center. Come in clothes that can get messy as we will be using very messy paint!

July 2 Service: 4th of July Prep
This week’s service project is for our Grand Friends. Join us in Friends Center at 9:00 AM as we construct 4th of July goodie bags and then deliver them to our neighbors at Stonesthrow Apartments.
July 4 Service: 4th of July Parade
Pass out treats to the community members watching the parade on our campus.
July 9: VBS
July 16: Movie Field trip
Families interested in a way to beat the heat during the day? Let’s meet at Cinemark in Webster at 9:30 to watch Disney’s The Lion King.
